The aging of the population in the city centers and their infrastructures, the increase in population density, the decrease in public areas, the huge increase in the different energy needs, the need for defense from terrorism, the inability to maintain the existing infrastructure and on the other hand, new technological developments in communications, energy, new piped materials, use of new security technologies - force all those who work with these issues - to change their current way of thinking. Thinking "out of the box".
